No. 7 Stillwater Area (131.2) 6-1-0 19-3-0 5.3 1.5 Won 3
No. 11 Hill-Murray (119.2) 2-0-2 15-4-4 4.3 1.6 Lost 1
No. 18 White Bear Lake (107.7) 5-1-2 13-6-4 3.4 2.0 Won 2
No. 24 Woodbury (92.6) 3-5-0 14-9-0 3.8 3.2 Lost 2
No. 28 Tartan (86.1) 2-3-1 16-6-1 3.9 2.8 Won 4
No. 30 Mounds View (83.1) 3-6-1 11-10-2 2.8 3.6 Lost 1
No. 46 North St. Paul (66.6) 3-4-0 12-11-0 3.9 3.7 Lost 2
No. 48 Roseville (66.3) 4-5-0 7-15-1 2.3 3.7 None
No. 57 Irondale (53.4)

I thought it was just Stillwater, then I thought it was Hill, then thought it could be an upset.
Now I am thinking it is just Stillwater.

If WBL wins tonight vs. Eastridge, and pulls out another victory Thursday vs. Stillwater, they should be the #1 seed.

If they lose to East Ridge, can kiss the 2 seed goodbye!!

Not sure I want the Bears playing Mounds View in the quarterfinals, for whatever reason the Mustangs gave the Bears troubles with both games going into OT with the Bears winning the first one and the teams tying in the 2nd game which would've been a Bears loss if it wasn't for Hamstad scoring with 9 seconds left in the 3rd to tie it up

Don't tell Spare limb, but I'll take Hill.

Captain America will return, and be banned for the 87th time. You heard it here first.

MV beat Tartan last night. I can see MV as the 4 seed and Tartan and Woodbury fighting for the 5th and 6th seed later this week.

I might have to cheer for my old friend NSP. Go Polars!

Stillwater is the clear #1 seed, no matter what happens in game 2 with WBL, which I expect Stillwater will win by 4+ goals. Hill will be #2 and WBL #3.

Any of those three teams could win the section, but I'd give Stillwater the 80% chance at this point. Hill can lose to anyone (or beat anyone). But that sort of team doesn't do well in a 6 game win or go home tournament.

Disagree with comment #2. Not that I think it will happen, but if WBL beats SW for a second time, I would be very surprised if WBL is the #3 seed.

Agree with comment #3 and made a slight change!

I will give the Ponies credit for one thing - they have the best "Hype Man" in the state.

If I were to rank them....

1. Stillwater
2. Hill-Murray
3. White Bear Lake
4. Roseville
5. Tartan
6. Woodbury
7. Moundsview
8. NSP
9. Irondale

just my humble opinion, feel free to discuss.

It'll be interesting to see where they put Roseville because overall they only have 8 wins but they swept Woodbury, split with Mounds View, beat tartan and North Saint Paul. They did pretty well against the teams who will be seeded in the 4-8 area

Wblhcky;

for that exact reason i put them at 4. They have shown that they can show up when it matters but I'm not sure if that will be enough. Section top to bottom for the most part is competitive this year

Polars shock the world in quarters 2-0. Calling it.

I've got to go with:

Still 21-3
HM 16-4-4
WBL 14-7-4
MV 13-10-2
Wood 14-9 / Tart 16-7-1 (Winner on Sat gets the higher seed)
Ros 8-15-1
NSP 12-12
Iron 7-17

I think
Woodbury and Tartan will both be seeded higher than MV, Roseville because of their Section wins could be anywhere from 4 to 8.

For some reason, Tartan usually gets a good seed, but rarely makes it past quarterfinals, I think once in the last 10 years.

Is it possible for one line to advance from 4AA?

Anything's possible. That's why at Hill we called it "Sudden Victory".

I have to disagree. I don't see Roseville at #4. #7 tops.
