Things aren't as fun without a villain in St. Paul.....you at least need one in the semis and/or final.
With Edina gone, Eden Prairie or Hill-Murray would be my top choices for one of the spots, followed by Lakeville or Wayzata.
Playing against a Bemidji or Rapids for the full effect.

Biases aside, an all northern would be terrific. Of course northern versus metro private would get folks foaming at the mouth.
