Blaine has proven to be at least one of the top 3 teams in AA (so far).
Can Tonka stay with them?

Should be a good game. I question Blaine's depth beyond that top line with Notreman and Tufte. Sounds like BSM really wore them down over the course of the game the other night with Blaine being up 3-0 and then BSM coming back. That said, I will stick with Blaine in a tight 4-3 game.

I have some allegiance to Blaine as I have a friend that played for them as well as my cousins sons. But a friend lives on Lake Tonka that gives me lake access...
I better cheer for Tonka.

The way both teams played so far I think Blaine will win.
But I hope Tonka takes this one.

Anyone have any insight on this game? I see Blaine had a nice 3rd period comeback to win, they were still out shot by 10. Im worried about their depth.

Blaine can roll three forward lines. Not much scoring from the 3rd line like almost every other team, but they can skate and play physical. They entered the year with returning 10 of the top 12 forwards but only 2 of the 6 top D. The two returning defensemen have stepped up and the incomers have been a pleasant surprise.
Being outshot is from playing shorthanded 3 on 5 and a lack of shots when they are on the power play. They get way too many shots blocked, especially from the blue line. They have faced multiple 3 on 5 situations in most of their games. No excuse for this, but sins of aggression are better than sins of omission early in the season.
