Association Tournaments

How important are association tournaments? And of what importance do you place the person in charge of running these tournaments?
Very important to our fundraising efforts at our association. The person in charge is a voting board member in our association, and with that they are able to opt out of our mandatory volunteer hours that every family mus do as their position fulfills those hours.wingnuts wrote:How important are association tournaments?
