Those who chose to bash the MSHSL must realize that the AA incident is not isolated. There are many, many issues going through their doors. Most are kept rather confidential.

If anything you validated my argument Marty. Did you read the article? Coach said bringing in ringers is commonplace. As someone wrote earlier, we are becoming the wild, wild west where rules only mean something unless someone outside of the MSHSL catches you. Let's just scrap the rule altogether, then let the chips fall where they may. OR maybe the answer is better enforcement??

Surely, none of this is surprising.

It's not like it's even close to being new or recent, in any sport.

Sure, but someone just crossed the line into the girls program and you can expect the wrath of God after this ordeal...good luck to all involved. MSHSL might want to get the lawyers aligned with MN Hock and pool the expenses.

To some it may feel new. The transfer rules in-place now are there for a reason. Prior abuse.

How does the NCAA approach their member schools. Do they investigate without due cause (report of abuse, misuse) ?
