I'm gonna predict a Roseau vs. Brainerd final in Bemidji. I'll take Roseau to win 4-3 in OT to get back to the X.

my prediction as well as long as roseau gets solid goaltending otherwise reverse the winner

In typical fashion the Flub posts the 8AA story under the heading "Roseau Takes Top Seed In 8AA" with a picture of a kid from...... EGF. So they have a blurb about the 8A seeding within but thought this was funny.

I hope Roseau and YON win this section so we can all see this kid on the big stage at the X, playing as an unseeded underdog against a top 3 team. If the scouting report is right, the possible Mr Hockey would have a chance to really cement himself into the lores of Minnesota hockey with a big game in the X quarterfinals

One big game at the X doesn't hardly "cement" anything (Been there, done that many times) but if they get there I'll be rooting for 'em.

What happened at the end of the Bemidji game? Strand got a 10 minute misconduct, as well as a Bemidji kid...?

The game will be this Wednesday at 7:00 pm. Site hasn't been determined yet. The MSHSL website lists TRF, St. Cloud and Bemidji as the possible sites. My guess is it'll be at the Little Ralph in TRF. Should find out on Monday.

Roseau Moorhead is gonna be a dogfight. I think Rams get a close one in OT 4-3.

Sats81: Rams are up 1-0 aft 1. Spuds up in Shots 14-10 .
Rams are playing a more physical game.
I'd say the Mini Ralph is about 1/2 full.
