District Groupings for Peewee B Region Playoffs

Does anyone know what districts are grouped together for regions this year at the Peewee B level?
Not 100% sure but should be this:
2014 MINNESOTA HOCKEY TOURNAMENTS
Peewee B
North 2? 11 12 in Coleraine (Greenway)
West 15 10 16 in Blaine (Fogarty)
East 8 9 6 in Rochester
South 3 5 4 in St Cloud
