Does anyone know if there are B2 and C rankings anywhere? I've looked and hadn't had any luck finding anything. Lots on A/AA, but that's it.

B2 and C players are basically tolerated and ignored once your assoc dues are paid. Shortsighted and unfortunate.

Yah, but the Associations aren't the ones doing the rankings. It appears YHH, Let's Play Hockey and others who produce rankings are just as much to blame. Why don't they produce rankings?

A couple years ago someone on here did a computer based ranking of B2 and C teams, but I assume locating and entering all the scores must be a huge undertaking, even if you have the software set up.

A major undertaking is an understatement. it is a lot of work doing 10 levels.

However, it is definitely our goal to add these teams to our system by next year.

Simply put, the reason we do not is time and money.

If the site were to generate some significant revenues we can pay for someone to administer our scores, rankings DB. Right now it's just me. And me is already overwhelmed (poor grammar intended).

Most people don't care about who's the best of the worst. AT this level hockey becomes a activity.

Whopper2, you are just wrong. All level players and families, primarily play association hockey for the love of the game, the competition, development, improvement and fun. Just like all other players, teams and levels, we want to know how we stack up against others. While I think I understand why C level is under-tended, again, I think it's shortsighted and unfortunate. And, the attitude of "who cares about C level hockey" is infuriating! [/i]

Remember 95% of the kids quit by age 16. If they want to be one of the 5% that continues they better get busy. Hockey on saturday at the local rink can be fun but gets old fast or maybe wait a few years for the beer leagues.
