Dist 10 question: Who is NCBD

I'm entering scores and I came across this PWA team in D10 named NCBD.
What does that stand for?
First person to answer gets a game worn autographed Tony Scott replica PeeWee C jersey.
I'm baffled.

After a little seaching I found that it stands for North Country Bluedevils. It is a co-op between the Cambridge-Isanti and Mora hockey associations.
