Intensity Hockey:
Session 4: October 18 & 19, 2012 – MEA Break

Intensity Hockey MEA European Skills Clinic will focus on advanced level skating and stick handling concepts based on the Variable Goals Training Model (VGT) developed by Czech coaching legend Ludek Bukac. European players are masters at multi-tasking and this clinic will teach the young skater to apply multiple skills simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Skater Schedule

• » Two 1.5 hour sessions over two days
• » Each 1.5 hour on-ice session will include:

Specific Skill Focuses

• Multi-tasking, Aggressive skating transitions, tight area puck control
• Heads-up play, read and react skills and moves, fakes, dekes, etc…

Divisions Offered
• » 2002/2003 & 2004/2005 (age appropriate girls are welcome)

IHC Lead Instructors are Sean Molin and Scott Steffen. Limited spaces remaining for MEA Thursday and Friday for the 02/03 and 04/05 birth years.
