I think they are in the silver bracket <p></p><i></i>

The schwanns cup teams were decieded long before this years season started. My guess is HM was moved to the bronze division because of their poor showing in the previous couple of years. <p></p><i></i>

note: Elk river also gone from this years gold division. Last years 7th and 8th place teams. <p></p><i></i>

understand the thinking based on poor showings the past couple years but in high school hockey you cannot assume the level of play from year to year from programs with or without a reputation. if i remember correctly white bear had not been real strong in the tournament's first few years but made people forget by winning it last year. obviously the tourney is not held in march. <!--EZCODE EMOTICON START >D --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/grin.gif ALT=" >D"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON END--> <p></p><i></i>

They should be back in the Gold Division next year. I believe the winner moves up a division/bracket. Of course they would need to win the silver division first <p></p><i></i>

I don't think the winner moves up or Breck would be in the Gold Division this year. I think it's entirely up to the tournament director on which teams should be in which bracket. <p></p><i></i>

Personally, I think the tourney directors made the right choice by moving Hill & ER down. They both have had terrible showings the past 2 years and didn't show that they deserved to be in the Gold division.
