I figured it out. Use this link below

http://prep45.kstc45.com/

Select "Live Schedule" then "Watch Now" for the St. Thomas vs. Little Falls game. There's a download thing that needs to go first, just agree and run the program and it'll work.

More bandwidth from Prep 45.

Mine keeps crashing...

it will be worse if they don't fix it before the AA trny starts.

You may have to start it up more than once and/or refresh the page with the button they provide at the bottom of the tv screen. If you get it to work, LEAVE IT ALONE!

Crap.....can't watch it on my iPad......

Channel 45 needs to get with the times...start broadcasting in HD and stream using HTML5....

They are broadcasting in HD, I have it on my TV....812 on the comcast system for the SW metro

Also click "yes" and use the octoshape feature. I believe it's in HD. I seem to be having better luck with the streaming on my computer.

You Rock! I was having trouble finding it and this works perfectly. Now, I do nothing at work for the next two and a half hours today

try downloading and using google chrome as a web browser. It worked for me. IE is too unstable.
