Does anyone else think its completely crazy that MSHSL is charging $17 and $10 for tickets. I don't know what the pricing was last year but seriously $17 is a bit high for a high school game.

It's been the same price for a few years now I believe. I don't think it's out of line. I think it is $195 face value for 3 games of the NCAA Frozen Four. So $90 bucks for the state tournament, 6 sessions doesn't seem unfair.
I'm sure they could raise the price to $25 and still sell the thing out.

For one thing there's two games in each session so its two games for $17, which equates to 8.50 per game. Secondly no, I don't think that's high at all, would you rather pay $17 at the ticket office (or face value for season tix) or the going rate on the street, because that certainly will be above $17 for at least Friday and Saturday night's games.

I wish I could get my hands on tickets for those prices. I'm on the waiting list, so for now I'll buy from scalpers outside. Last year I think I paid $40 for two upper deck tickets to the AA 3rd place and championship games, but that price was well worth it for that awesome title game.

Been that price for at least a few years now. Still a helluva bargain.
