Don't you think it's time to lighten up a bit?

You know, this forum NEVER ceases to amaze me. The discussions here are getting progressively hotter and posts are flat out meaner than ever. It's sometimes even hard to believe that the thing we all have in common (KIDS HOCKEY!!!!), which brings us here and brings most of us some level of happiness, is what is driving the nastyness.
Maybe next time you're about to post something pointy (about Bernie, MM, your assoc, kids coach, whatever...), take the emotion out of your thought and pen your facts in a non-pointy fashion. If your point has any validity it will stand on it's own - without the angst.
Most of you probably have learned and use "tact" in the business world. Maybe you could use that here?
