So, I heard it's 45 degrees and no snow in the Twin Cities. Is there any ice on Lake Minnetonka right now?

The boards went up recently. They are putting the rink on land next to the lake.

I heard from a reliable tonka source the game will be played in the Excelsior Commons and not on the lake.
The commons is a park next to the Lake Minnetonka on Excelsior Bay.

Contigency plans are in place in case the outdoor ice is unsuitable for play. The games will then be played at Pagel.
