Does anyone know which districts are in which region? I ask because sometimes D11 is in East and sometimes it's in North.

Districts 11 12 10 North

4 6 9 South

3 8 2 East

5 15 16 West

So how does this work?

For Bantam A 4,6,9 make up the South Region. 3 teams from 4, 3 teams from 6 and 2 teams from 9.

District 4 does not have Bantam A's this year. Those Associations forming A teams are playing with Distrist 9. Only Luverne from D4 is forming a Bantam A team. Sleepy Eye coop'd with New Ulm in District 9 to form a Bantam A team. So what happens to the 3 D4 Region slots? Does D6 and D9 each get 1 and Luverne is the lone team from D4?

I do not remember how the directors resolved this issue.
It may have been with teams not from those districts.
But again, I do not remember.
