Given the recent change to checking in peewees and more of the younger kids playing summer hockey, is the traditional method of dividing the kids into their levels - mites, squirts, and pee wees still relevant or could it be improved upon?

Explain... when you say levels - do you mean squirts (4th-5th grade) vs say dividing into '00, '01, '02 during the winter.... or do you mean A, B1, B2, etc... Do you have something to propose?
