District 2 missing $100,00

Talking to one of the d2 guys last night, he said they have a "problem" w/ one of the members of the board. How much $$ is a district treasurer in charge of???

Would a district even have that much money floating around?
(I assume you are not talking about a hundred dollars.)

No not 100.00. That was my ? why would they need, or have that kind of bread??

I believe that District 2 still pays for a teams Regional entry fee and I also remember that there used to be no gate for the District tournament. If you add the ice costs,referees,trainers for the District tournament it would be a large number. The District treasurer should be covered by insurance (errors and omission)or be bonded for a certain amount of money.
