Stats - this looks like a nice start to a quality tourney in the metro. I believe most of these teams will end the season in the top ten at the PW Level. I heard the new facility (The Lumberyard) is a sight to see, and is located within a block of the Stillwater arena. Any chance the commited teams could also play a little 3 on 3 for fun during their down time? It looks like the west teams (except for Wayzaya & STMA) may be a little gas concious or affraid to cross the mighty Mississippi. Good luck!

SnoopDog- Which teams do you think will be in the top ten at the end of the season?
I can't speak for everyone, but not sure why we would want to travel to Stillwater? We have more than enough talent in D6.
I hope to see all these teams playing in the EP and Edina touraments. Better yet, we'll see you in Roseau.

A chance to play quality teams with some of the best refs in the state would be a great reason to travel to Stillwater. D6 refs, well....they may be great but they call a different game than the rest of the state.

Here you go Irish - plenty of non D6 teams on my list. I reserve the right to change my top ten before the start of the season. Top ten in no particular order:
Elk River
Edina
OMG
EP
Lakeville South
STMA
Stillwater
Centennial
Moorhead (if one team)
Wayzata (if two teams)

Woodbury & Moundsview get honorable mentions

By the way, isn't it nice to play a different team once in awhile? Have you ever went X-mas shopping in downdown Stillwater just before the X-mas? It is very festive. Your wife (if applicable) would love it. Hope to see you in Roseau (so much to do there).

Nothing against Stillwater. I'm sure the refs are just fine.
