Why do they have the wrong record for Eagan?

Minnesota Hockey Hub, Minnesota High School League, Star Tribune, and the Pioneer Press all have the Eagan record wrong. They all have it at 17-6-2 when the actual record is 20-6-2.

Hey Bud, All other teams have the updated records with sections wins added to their record. They need to update Eagan's record.

Their section wins didn't count.

You are correct about the MSHSL. The Hub on the other hand, has regular season records, section records and has started state records for AA teams.

Instead of complaining about it here (which does no good), go to this page on the Hub website and you'll see a list of people you can e-mail about it and tell them to correct it:

I only checked the hub and mshsl, but the hub is not the one that is incorrect. They have divided reg season/section/state records. In the brackets, the mshsl lists records and Eagan's is not correct.
At the end of the day though, they are all 0-0 right now and the only record that really matters is who is 3-0 four days from now.

Hey bud, is it alright if I call you bud?

Don't make a big deal out of it. Some people can't even put food on the table or have a roof over their head and you're making a big deal about this? tsk tsk.

I saw the post about an incorrect record with 14 replies and was naturally curious how there could be so much discussion on this topic. Now I know why. I was OK with using a few moments of my limited time to satisfy my curiosity, but then the Wham! photo ruined it for me . . . not that there's anything wrong with that.
P.S. The Hermantown/Alexandria game started 3 minutes late. Is someone willing to start a post on that, too?

How come I don't get to be a "Bud" ? Is that an exclusive club or something ? You gotta fill out an application ?
