Lourdes is a defensive minded team (like a HM), therefore has the ability to slow down teams and limit STA scoring chances. Thier goalie is also pretty solid. They typically are very hard working and disciplined.

STA seems to be playing better hockey. SSP and Totino were nice wins.
I think STA has the edge. I see a 4-1 or 5-1 game going in favor of Cadets.

Lourdes is playing their best hockey now and Heimer and the defeense is the reason why. Should be a close low scoring game.
STA 3-2.

Just a quick note that the Minnesota Sports Broadcast Network has picked up this game, and will have the coverage from Saint Thomas Ice Arena tonight for those interested in watching.

This is the statement game of the year for Lourdes. A win tonite would propel them to a potential top seed in state, provided they get through a deep section 1A.
Lourdes goalie is solid and their top line can score, but they are a bit small at forward. I'm gonna predict:
STA - 4 (en)
LHS - 2

This has just been a crazy game...
Scoring back a forth and fast paced hockey.
STAs tender was pulled after letting in the 5th goal with only 11 SOG.
STA has been moving the puck well; however, Lourdes has been capitalizing on their scoring chances.
3rd period should be interesting.
