AA Sections – Your Predictions

With the regular season now all but behind us I thought it would be fun to have a special Prognosticator Contest for sections. With so many teams and games to be played I am going to limit this to Class AA only starting with each section’s semifinal games. We encourage all forum readers to participate!

Here are the rules:
1. Post your predictions of each section’s semifinal game and its final game by the start of that section’s first quarterfinal game. These times (posting deadlines) are shown for each section below. So everyone participating will post their predictions for 24 games (8 sections x 3 games each) - we will NOT be posting predictions for the quarterfinal games.

2. Show the two teams including your predicted score for each game.

3. Points will be awarded as follows:
1 point for correctly identifying each semifinalist team
3 points for predicting the winner of each semifinal game
5 points for predicting the winner of each section final game
2 bonus points for each correct score (of the winning and losing teams)
(without any correct scores each section will have a maximum of 15 points - everything perfect including scores would be 21 points)

hockeym11, even though you posted well past the 7:00pm deadline for Section 3AA I think it's fair that all of your predictions be allowed to count. It's apparent that you did not use the 3rd period score shown on Hockey Hub (3-0 Hastings in the 3rd) to your advantage, so I see no problem allowing your predictions to stand.
