RIP Verd Anez

Article about Verd Anez who died tragically on his farm. This is a huge loss for the Anez family, the Little Falls community and the LF Hockey Community. Verd coached every level of youth hockey in Little Falls and volunteered countless thousands of hours to the program. He was an amazing role model and touched the lives of probably thousands of kids in Little Falls. Please keep his wife Karen and their 7 children in your thoughts and prayers.

What a sad event. I think something everyone can agree on is it is hard to find people like Verd that obviously put others first and volunteer countless hours to make hockey a great experience for the kids that play. Thoughts and prayers to Verd's family and the Little Falls hockey community.

Thoughts and Prayers to the entire Anez Family and Little Falls Hockey Association during this difficult time. Verd touched the lives of countless young hockey players. His efforts will not be forgotten. Rest in Peace Verd Anez.
