I voted for the spuds......but Centennial always seems to bring their best when playing Moorhead. A 645pm start on the schedule is a strange time to start a hockey game. I could see this game being a close one goal game with either team winning. Brainerd took it to the spuds and Bitzer on thursday night so we will see how they respond.

A great game, back and forth. The Spuds scored with :48 left in the 3rd to go up 3-2 on a power play goal. Then Centennial pulled the goalie and scored with the extra attacker with :18 left. The Spuds got the game-winner just over a minute into the OT. Fun game to watch.

So I thought the Cougars are having an off year? Are they starting to pull things together?

BTW the Spuds are NOT overrated!

Cougars had an awful start this season (something like 2-8-1) but, before last nite, had won 6 in a row. One of the nicest looking teams I've seen this year.
