Thanks for the kind words. I will assume that most of the 900 views of this topic were from those who were ready to tear me apart. At least that is what I would like to think.

Easy to find these.
Just look for the head coaches name since it is obvious that the best player on the team is the head coach's kid.

i would say head to a mm practice for this age group scout it alittle and formulate a list. should be pretty close
