Looking for a number of new mite girl players signed up this fall for your youth association? New only. The goal is 30 per association. This is a huge indicator for future success of the youth association and high school teams. Make it a competition (cuz it is). Lets hear your numbers?

Hello... Mite girls registration role call.
Let's start seeing some numbers. There is no more important issue in your association for the next 30 days than recruiting new members. Your District, and Minnesota Hockey, has money to dedicate directly to your recruiting effort. Increased numbers lead to more revenue, more teams, better play by each team, better coaching, more and better volunteers and about 15 other benefits. The goal is 30 new mite girls this year.

People. This is not a dress rehearsal. Recruiting new members is the most important task at your association. It's the competition that will ultimately help you win the battle with your opponents.

Observer, I don't know our association numbers, but this appears to be falling on deaf ears. I know that our Mite registration lasts through the end of October (and we always have a bunch of late registrants), so it may be that many associations don't know their full numbers yet - probably just too early for this question (but it's a good one).

Thanks. You're right, mites are just cranking up now.
This is the only competition that matters for all associations. Future growth. This time of year each association needs a proactive recruiting effort to guarantee growth and increased revenue. I think people get so involved with their own player's team activities that they don't focus as much as they should on future growth. Recruiting bubbles and then low numbers, without consistancy, plague a number of associations. As I mentioned in an earlier post, increased numbers solve all problems so what could be more important.
Report some numbers. We can always update them.

Time to post some numbers. This is where it all starts! Worry your neighboring associations and brag it up!
