Hello,

I'm a hockey player in Switzerland and I play for Lugano.
My name is Nicole and I'm 16 years old. I play since I was 10.
I would like to go in Canada or North America for one year to play/improve in hockey.
I've already been in America (Florida) for two years when I was 6 but I wasn't playing hockey yet.
I was thinking about playing in an Academy or High School while studying by computer in contact with my school in Switzerland (distance learning).

I was also thinking about staying in a family while I play or practice in a Team, do you know anything about it?

Thanks for your time

Armstrong HS (Plymouth, MN) has had a foreign exchange student (girl) from Finland (I think, maybe Sweden) a couple of years ago. She had a great hockey experience. Played JV all year and was a treat to have on the team. I think where ever you end up, this is a bold step and I commend you and wish you all the best.
