I get that they haven't done well. Some, like Okposo (maybe Schroeder) will dial it up and become good pro players after a mediocre final season with the Gophers.

Which Gopher players leave after this year and chase pro aspirations?

Only the Seniors. If Schroeder leaves, it won't be for the NHL.
