Any news from the MN Hockey winter meeting concerning the outcome of the proposed changes to the participation rule? Mr. Elliott, anything to report?

I will see if I can scan it in and copy to this site.
It was to be posted (in an easy to find spot) onthe MH web page this week.
The essence is that kids register where they live and get an automatic waiver to the assn where they go to school if they wish.
Of course, the language is a bit more complicated than that.
