yes. they are just like any other foreign exchange student. happens, but not a lot.

Can Norwegians come to hs in Minnesota and play soccer??? Yes, they can. Didn't Mound-Westonka have some Europeans on their team in about 2000-01...would be the same difference as Canuks.
