I see the WI Blizzard won the '93 invite level. That was a real good team the Blizzard put together for this tourney several mm Tier One kids, several Team Wisconsin kids, this team could compete at top levels if it were a year round team, alas it was a one shot deal for this tourney. As they say, timing is everything

Apparently I was wrong. One of the Blizzard parents said they are going to the Chowder Cup in Boston for a 60 team showcase in July, and might be having a tournament in Minocqua sometime in June as a tune up to the Chowder Cup. It will be interesting to see how they do out east.
