Usually not until the day before camp starts. Nice to know who's going to be there a little ahead of time.
The won't be posted on that site until the day before camp starts. That's why we would like to see some earlier.wild77 wrote:I am confused about the link. It takes you to the Model Camp home page, but no rosters are posted there. Are there posted rosters around?
The registration form states that your checked will not be cashed unless you are accpeted.youngblood08 wrote:Aren't you in if they cashed your check?
It will be interesting when they verify some of these heights and weightsPapa Bergundy wrote:I understand that the rosters have now been sent out to the participants in the camp. Post here please.

Uh....He's a sophomore, he's pretty darn good and it's his Dad's camp seem to be three pretty good reasons!northwoods oldtimer wrote:Why is Mario Lucia on a team?
Well great than, let's hope "the don" can get him a precious scholarship in 2013 to rodent country.Uh....He's a sophomore, he's pretty darn good and it's his Dad's camp seem to be three pretty good reasons!
Good call...even though he's going to be a soph..I believe he's a '95' which makes him the only one and also means he should be going into 9th grade next yr. Maybe he is in 8th grade now...even so he has no business being there...can you say Steve Woog, Tony Lucia...although Mario is a very good player he should not be at that camp...Don leaves himself open on that.northwoods oldtimer wrote:Well great than, let's hope "the don" can get him a precious scholarship in 2013 to rodent country.Uh....He's a sophomore, he's pretty darn good and it's his Dad's camp seem to be three pretty good reasons!
Ultimately it doesn't matter its only one spot plus the kid is a good player. For the record looking at the roster list, he is a '93 with good size and graduates in 2012. There are at least 8 or 9 others participating that are 2012 graduates so it is not that far fetch to have him there.Hoops wrote:Good call...even though he's going to be a soph..I believe he's a '95' which makes him the only one and also means he should be going into 9th grade next yr. If he is a "93" 9th grader I stand corrected...then there is no reason he shouldn't be there...I thought he was a "95" which would make him the only one...which would not look good.seek & destroy wrote:Ultimately it doesn't matter its only one spot plus the kid is a good player. Coaches always have to be careful when dealing with their own kids but they also have to make sure that they are not being unfair by not letting them participate too...it's a fine line to walk. Tony proved to be a good call and my guess is that if Mario keeps developing he will be also.
He's a 93...very solid player. Had trouble with his size this year, i think he grew 4-5 inches last summer. Great stick skills and hockey smarts. he'll do fine there. The Opperman kid who is on one of the teams was a stud for that Wayzata team, better than Lucia and Besse in my opinion...Hoops wrote:If he is a "93" 9th grader I stand corrected...then there is no reason he shouldn't be there...I thought he was a "95" which would make him the only one...which would not look good.seek & destroy wrote:Ultimately it doesn't matter its only one spot plus the kid is a good player. All three of them are very good players. To bad Lucia is sticking it out at Wayzata or the whole line would be playing at Breck next year as both Besse (if he stays) and Opperman have been at Breck since kindergarden! Go Mustangs!!!!!mngopherfan wrote:He's a 93...very solid player. Had trouble with his size this year, i think he grew 4-5 inches last summer. Probably a correlation....In contrast you can look at the Breck squad and see 11 representitives, AHA with 10 and Edina with 8.micdangles97 wrote:It’s interesting that the 3 teams (that id call wild cards in the state tourney) Rochester Lourdes- Hutchinson- Virginia have minimal kids in the camp
Correct me if I’m wrong but
Lourdes -2 kids
Hutchinson- 2 kids
Virginia – 0 kids
Any chance we’re gonna see those teams back in the tourney or does this have a direct correlation to lack of talent?
