Jefferson has a ton of talent returning. Herbert, Pauluk and Faust make the Jags the team to beat.

I think Jefferson is going to want to get back at Edina for that Section championship loss last year. So I think that they are going to beat them in the section championship this year.

I think all three teams will be fun to watch and full of talent. Jefferson has the great Juniors who will be team leading seniors next year, Holy Angels has lots of talent in many different positions and Edina has great skill in their top forwards but may continue to struggle at defense with the loss of VanVorhis. They may all have strong young talent coming up though. It will be a close section to watch as always.

Hopefully the seedings are 1. Edina 2. Holy Angels 3. Jefferson like they should be, unless either of the top two do something crazy. Edina is the #2 team in state and Holy Angels tied them. Hopefully the rest of the section sees that.
If Holy Angels wins out (or just lose to Shattuck) and Edina loses to more than just Tonka, I'd say the Stars would have a case for the top seed.
