your coach should have gotten the info on it. But it is Thursday the 19th at 6:30 pm at the Kahler Grand Hotel. Every team is required to be there. Shjon Podein is the guest speaker.

What? is this for teams up in the cities or even rochester and AL? and the southern teams? my coach hasnt sent me any info on it. maybe its not for us..

Its a formal banguet, all the coaches sit up in front with each other (just like at a wedding dinner.) when the edina coach gave his speech he looked over at white bear (they all had their hair bleached) and started goin' off on them (do not know what he said word for word but it was something like)...how their parents must sleep together and that they are all incest brothers and blah blah blah...
not sure if this is true...but rumor had it...that before or after the white bear lake coach gave his speech, he walked over, grabbed the cake, and set it on edinas table!!!

I heard from another parent at the U14 levlel that the banquets are a "no go this year.
I think the reason is people from the out of town areas from where the tournament is held had legitimate concerns about extra cost for travel and missing school...

and the host towns don't want to pay whatever Rochester did it up last year at the JGB Banquet with good food and Shjon Podein as the guest speaker and the dessert was damn good
