Can't figure out why WBL Black refuses to cover anyone in front of their own net. It's almost like they want their goalie to fail. Has to be coaching, wingers are always hanging out by the blue line. It's too bad because they have alot of talent that's being wasted. They were a better team at the start of the year than they are now.

Give us the low down of the gold v. blue game.
Was it a home town clash of the titans or a scrimmage environment?

the rink wasnt full but there were at least 150 fans there at the bethel rink at the schwan's super rink. it was a great game and very intense.

The wayzata game was a great one. Gold scored 2 goals in the first period, and blue tied it up in the 2nd. Gold scored with about 20 seconds left. The third also was a 2 goal period for gold and they won 5 to 2. it was not like a scrimmage both teams gave it their all.

All talk had been between Wayzata Gold and Burnsville, as it has been all year. According to players on Wayzata Blue, Burnsville's coach stopped in their locker room after their season was ended by Roseville and decided that if his team couldnt make it to Rochester, then he would root for anyone playing Wayzata Gold. The way I hear it is that he had a few choice words describing Wayzata Gold. I wonder if he stayed to watch the outcome?
Choice words

I sure hope the choice words included: scallywags, ruffians, rapscallions, scoundrels, rouges, scamps, savages, plunderers, pillagers, hooligans, thugs, hoods, gangsters, pirates and most importantly, danglers. If not, something went wrong with our image management this season!
