At the Wayzata vs. Wayzata game there was over 300 people in the stands. It was crazy.[/img]

i loved too how the first period everyone cheered for the blue team and thae last two they cheered for the gold team.

I think the fans were cheering for both teams equally. They loved the action. It was really nice to see so many shipmates show up for the skirmish!
Fun game. Both teams left everything they had out on the ice that night.
Watch out later this week Gold, Blue will be out for their revenge.

7-4 Gold with an empty netter and they play this Friday at PIC (at 8:45 right now but there is talk they are rescheduling the game so they can get either the A rink or C rink because they are expecting a lot of fans again)

Looking to draw another huge crowd tomorrow night at 915 on the C rink at PIC when the first JGB showdown of the year happens when Wayzata Gold plays Wayzata Navy. Should be an exciting game by both teams. I fully expect my boys on the gold team to dominate tho.
