PS2 ratings?

Does anyone have an explanation to why the Minnhock PS2 ratings seem so off?

I don't see too much wrong with them. Of course Hill's ranking is going to be off, the computer can't know that they lost 4 players. Benilde seems a bit low, but everyone else is within 1-2, maybe 3 spots of where I have them.

Does the PS2 rating take into account common opponents? I would hope yes but I am not sure. If it does, does it take into account extended common opponents? For example if A plays B and D plays C, does A and D get scrutinized if B plays C? That might be a little out there but just wondering.
