I Falls over Ely

A 19-0 drubbing. What a bad game to watch as a spectator. I would imagine the Bronco Boys have fun but sooooo boring as a fan. Kind of enjoy it though, remembering watching our Bantam, Peewee, and Squirt B teams getting beat up by an Ely program that didn't have an A program. And all their A calibar players playing B teams. At what point should the coach call off the dogs?

Yeah I remember this. It was around 30-0 I know. Why wouldn't the fans just leave when it got to 10-0?

No burbout last night. They would have had to go back out to Rainy to reload. I think they wait till there's a crowded house to get the full effect. I'm sure they'll be there for the Hibbing game. Hopefully many burbout will hit the ice that night.

When you're playing a team like Ely. You just run four lines, four sets of D, and your back-up goalie all game. It's not your fault they can't keep up. Play until the final buzzer goes.

4 lines, 4 sets of d, a goalie...holy PLEASE BAN ME....I F played 21 players....Ely wins by forfeit........................Seriously, the last thing we want is programs shutting down and with scores like these they may. Hockey is a blast to play and even though there isn't always equity between the teams that have to schedule each other, lets not make fun of the ones who are just overmatched but still in the same section. If every competitive team out there only plays others that give them a game........we'll lose two dozen teams by next year.
