Starting to look like a battle of attrition in Section 8AA...that Roseau at Moorhead game coming up will be a necessary springboard for them, that's for sure.

Buffalo, Tech, Brainerd have to believe there is an opportunity that hard work could provide.

What does this say about the the 8AA Section come State Tourney time......Yeah you can be section champs but wait until you play actual competition. We are close to falling off the map.

Absoutely, Elliiot. Rams and Spuds aren't looking impressive. I would say it's a 5 team toss-up for 8AA

Come on people, way deep down you have to think Spuds & Rams will pull it together enough to get the top 2 seeds in section 8AA, therfore somebody will have to beat them in their own barn. 2009 Section 8AA Final #1 Moorhead vs. #2 Roseau

You would think that would happen, but once another team starts believing they can be the team, you never know.
Confidence is a big factor in gaining momentum.....
Section 8AA may belong to Roseau or Moorhead again this year, but it will be more interesting than it has been.

I agree it will be alot more interesting, Im kind of sick of seeing 13-0, 10-1,27-0 I believe one year. I think Buffalo is the best chance over SC Tech to pull it out. It would have been a great year for Bem. in this tourney

They will not play the semis or the finals at "their own barn" so you can throw that theory out. I will say it was a surprise to see the spuds lose to the jacks but on the other hand bemidji is a pretty good team. I would say this has turned into a 5 team race. It's the way it should be. I guess it comes down to 3 games in February to see who plays in March good luck to all.
