Good guess looks like this pool could have 3 very good hockey games between 3 of MNs top teams. Sat morning at the National Hockey Center Eagan vs. Bemidji saturday afternoon at the MAC Bemidji vs. Mpls/Park. Sunday depending on the saturday games could have a pool championship between Eagan and Mpls/Park. I'm guessing all 3 will go 2-1 with goal differential deciding it.

This is pretty much a no-brainer. I will include the official 'Conditioningsucks PowerRankings' (which will be released tomorrow):
Black Division
Burnsville (#18 ), Sartell, Lakeville North, Grafton/Park Rapids,ND
Burnsville will clean house on this bracket. No contest. Slam Dunk. Burnsville 3-0, Lakeville North 2-1, Sartell 1-2, GPR 0-3
Blue Division
Mounds View, Mpls/Park (#17), Eagan (#6), Bemdji (#16)
This one is much more difficult. Moundsview is the weakest and I don't believe they can win this bracket and will be lucky to win a game. Bemidji just got thumped by city teams last weekend....are they up for some more, or are they coming loaded for bear? Minneapolis Park has been too inconsistent to challenge a #6 team in Eagan (Eagan will roll Bemidji). Eagan has to be my clear cut favorite here but there could be some interesting upsets here. Its theirs to lose. Moundsview 0-3, MP 2-1, Bemidji 1-2, Eagan 3-0
Red Division
Hastings, Elk River, Moorhead (#7), North Metro
Moorhead will run away with this bracket....though me thinks that North Metro will give them a big scare before getting out. At the same time, Elk River will top North Metro. Hastings 0-3, NM - 1-2, ER 2-1, Moorhead 3-0
Green Division
Buffalo, Grand Forks, Faribault, St. Cloud
....hmmmm.....the advantages of hosting your own tourney! Buffalo is not going to get there. Grand Forks is the GF Sugar Kings (#3 in ND), however the Sugar Kings against MN competition have not beat a team that is better than #35. Faribault won't go anywhere. Saint Cloud vs the Sugar Kings will be the matchup to move on. I'm going to go with the Sugar Kings as this bracket was 'tampered with'!

GFSK 3-0, SC 2-1, Faribault 1-2, Buffalo 0-3
Burnsville vs Eagan = Eagan
Moorhead vs GF Sugarkings = Moorhead
Eagan vs Moorhead = Eagan
ditto

Ditto,
Eagan and Moorhead in the finals, even though St Cloud did what they could to set themselves up for a few wins. I'm also pretty certain Minn Park will win a few and make run, and I'm sure we'll here about how awesome they are on here, HMM, what happened to MINNPARK the last few weeks when they played the top end teams?

Tenoverpar I assume you are reffering to the Edina tournament where Mpls/Park lost to Woodbury 5-0 and Duluth East 6-1. I seem to recall Woodbury also beating a very good Eagan team Mpls will see this weekend by the same margain (6-1) and they beat Woodbury just a week before that tourney. Also remember that Duluth East kills pretty much everybody they play nowadays. It should be a good weekend of hockey with a very strong field. Mpls will show up to try to prove to people like you that even a little city team from district 1 can compete with the big boys.

Even though Bemidji got thumped last weekend, I would give them a slightly better chance as they are coming back to defend their title.

And they may get one of the 3 players back from injury.

Eagan has an easy day, winning the Championship
7-0 over Hastings.
Give Hastings credit for surprising everyone, but the favorable St. Cloud bracketing setup appears to have given them an opportunity which they were able to take advantage of. Their tie of Moorhead and victories over Elk River and North Metro put them into the Championship bracket against a weak Grand Forks team and put them into the final with Eagan.

Hats off to Eagan played a dominant weekend of hockey nobody was able to really give them a fight.
