Who will be this years surprise team at the X? It doesn't take Nostradomus to pick Edina, Roseau, East, etc. in the 'ship, but who will shock the world and make a run at a section title this year?

i think whoever comes out of section 3a will take a real shot at the title this year..

doubt it.. denfeld lost the two players that carried their team.. with the exception of hotchkin and johnson (little johnson) they don't have too much, hermantown on the other hand, might just give them a run for their money.

Hermantown and Denfeld huh..... Denfeld has a afew ok players but they took a huge hit when 08 left. i dont think they can can make it to the x in 09, they had one of the best teams they have ever seen lst yr and still couldnt make it so what makes you think they will make it this year? As far as Hermantown they dont have anything coming back, they always have a group of avarage hockey players ( other than 06 and 07 when they were a great team) that will have a good season but they wont make it either.
