Should be 2-1 Huskies.
A puck went in off Schack's skate but after review they called it no goal.

Sure do not like the 4 man officiating crew and the use of instant replay.

From the way it sounded on the radio the refs were very Pro-Husky tonight.

I wouldn't say that so much. Supposedly they are calling things tighter.
Things that bothered me
1) too long reviewing goals - I think the Huskies may have gotten screwed on the first one that was disallowed. Not the second one though, but it took forever.
2) The referees at center ice were calling more penalties that were right under other referee's nose thus further away from the center ice official.

When that four-man crew hits the DECC ice, primary problem will be where the players skate on that small ice sheet. It's gonna look like Rockefeller Center during public skating.

I didn't have a major problem with the refs last night. It is definitely more ticky tack out there now but I would suspect the Gophers will benefit from that more than be hurt by it when all is said and done given their team speed and skill. But they can't expect to give up that many PP in a game to a good PP team and get away with it like they did. The PK played great last night but you can't count on that either. Adjustments need to be made.
The goal reviews did take WAY too long. It was ridiculous. Especially the second one when it was so obvious the puck never went in.
The disallowed goal that went off Borgen's glove was the right call. You can't reach out and direct the puck with your glove and have it go in the net. Yeah, it deflected off of a Gopher player before it went in but he didn't possess the puck either so the interpretation is it is still a "hand pass" at that point.

Ok - I was uncertain of the details of that call. I figured once it hits the opposition the handling of the puck is no longer valid
Thanks
