Serious (but maybe reassuring) note on the subject;
In today StarTribune, there is an article inside the A section about the results of a federal study on X-rays instead of colonoscopies.
Apparently, x-rays are as effective (though not perfect) at detecting most cancers. And a lot more comfortable.
So please, if you have been avoiding a colonoscopy, ask your doc if your insurance will cover an X-ray instead. It means a lot to your family!

Brown sugar & cinnamon and if you don't like them, then you're a right wing nut job.

Whewwwww! - I am so glad I'm not a right wing nut job. You also have to include the chocolate fudge, and raspberry - wife has been trying to buy the store brands...........not the same, just not enough filling.

I like brown sugar and cinnamon pop tarts, but can I still be a right wing, nut-job?
