So has anyone heard who from Minnesota has been named to the U18 team I think the camp starts next week in Lake Placid.

Just a brief FYI in case anyone was not already aware...Sep 28th the current edition of Team USA will be playing the 2008-2009 Gopher squad at Ridder. With the Gopher team having several members of recent U18 and U22 national teams it should be a very entertaining matchup. Well worth the price of admission.

I believe they also have Bemidji and Mankato on their schedule so if you are living outside the metro there are a couple other options to watch the team play. They also play UND but that is at Blaine, I think.

Lest anyone be confused because of the thread's title, the team in question is the U30 team that will be in residence at Blaine, and not the U18s.

I have also heard there is a scheduled game January 17th at 3 PM at Aldrich Arena versus the WhiteCaps which should be a great game since so many of the players know each other well. I think this is a WhiteCaps fundraiser so no gate just a donation to support them and all they do for hockey.

Saturday, Sept. 27, 3:00pm at Bemidji State. I assume it's at the Glas Fieldhouse.
