Let me add: Roseau, Wayzata, Edina, EP, Roseau, Wayzata, Edina, EP, Roseau.

Dog, I will be excited to see how the Roseau team does this year...lot of returners and great team two years ago in squirts.

Is the ice out on the lakes up dare yet?

Can't forgot about Cent. and WBL - They both had quite a few 1st year players last season.

i see elliot is hitting the pipe again.. lol roseau should be solid one major problem. when kids hit this age 50% or more start hitting puberty size and strength will dominate skill. well 95% of the roseau kids are late bloomers its gona hurt them this year. i look for a solid season but expect 2nd year bantams they will make a serious run for a state title. just my opinion.

Hey now............Watchdog

Elliot, I hope you're right.

It looks like EGF is finally starting to build some momentum again.

Maybe in a few more years, they'll get real brave and move up to AA in high school where they belong.

I think the Bear has the right list. The Roseau kids do seem to be late bloomers, though. I think, ultimately, it will help them; force them to work harder on their skills. This group of kids will win a State Championship before they leave town--maybe as Bantams, but most likely during their junior year in high school.

District 10s Elk River will be amazing this year, especially with 2 top level additions.

On the RYHA website I see that Rochester is fielding only one PeeWee A team this year, as opposed to two teams last year. In fact they will only field one B1 team, with the rest divided between B2 and C. My guess is that one reason for the switch is in response to the both teams losing to a district 4 team last year with the inter-district schedule. It will be interesting when all of these players will be divided up between four high schools.

It will have the same effect as the past 15 years of RYHA. To many kids playing hockey and not enough hockey player kids 8)
