MSBN to broadcast UST vs Stout on 3/12

The Minnesota Sports Broadcast Network will be broadcasting the University of Saint Thomas vs UW Stout 1st round play in game on their Internet Broadcast Network. This will be an audio play by play broadcast only.
This is UW Stout's first appearance in NCAA DIII playoff competition. The sixth ranked Tommies (19-6-2) are making their 13th trip into the NCAA playoffs, while Stout is making their first foray into the Big Dance.
To listen in live to the broadcast visit the MSBN website at: www.mnsportsnetwork.com and click on live on air events and look for the UST vs UW Stout channel. Click on the on air event and a player will automatically pop on. This is a free event to listen in.

Very even game for 2 periods. After killing off a penalty in the early 3rd, STA seemed to pick it up and Stout ran out of gas a bit. Very fun hockey to watch,.....and good value, too ($5 adults, $3 student).
I wish I could go watch the St Norberts game,.....should be a dandy. STA is playing pretty good hockey, at the right time of year.

Sounds like it was a good game. Nice to see UST come out on top. It's going to be a tough one against St. Norberts for the Tommies though, the Green Knights were the cream of the NCHA crop this season, a very tough conference. Big win for UST last night over UW-Stout though. Good luck to the Tommies!
