Anyone have some footage of this kid in action? Don't think Edina gets North of #2 this year.

There was a day when Edina would get on a bus and go for a drive and end up in Roseau so we could see what they looked like. We'll have to wait until March.

Scott Lecy 1977 Rochester John Marshall 61 goals 51 assists 26 games.
Henry Boucha 1969 Warroad 60 goals 35 assists 25 games
John Pohl 1998 Red Wing 54 goals 57 assists
Dave Spehar 1996 Duluth East 46 goals 40 assists
Jamie Langenbrunner 1993 Cloquet 44 goals 98 assists
Aaron Broten 1979 Roseau 43 goals 88 assists
Neal Broten 1978 Roseau 43 goals 77 assists
Herb Brooks to his son on the way to the 1975 State Tournament "We're going to see the best player in the state (Neal Broten) and he's only a freshman."
Jeff Taffe 1999 Hastings 39 goals 51 assists

Great players. Very good teams. Some had weak competition.

Yes.

Big numbers. Most were probably before schedules expanded.

It's very tough to judge Everson against some of the stars listed due to schedules...Edina plays such a tough one, and the majority of these players probably didn't. That's why I've never put much stock in scoring records to judge a player's talent. A lot of these guys never had to go up against the teams Everson faces, except maybe Spehar in '96...but even then East was still in the LSC and not playing as many cities powerhouses.

Wendy's right. I didn't see that Langenbrunners total was a "career" stat.
All the rest are right. Source: www.mnpuck.com click on BOYS ALL-TIME TOP PLAYERS Also the criteria is stiff. Which means you couldn't play Isanti 10 times and beat them 20 to 0.

Serious? He gave a verbal commitment to Harvard. A little different than a scholarship program, so I don't know if he signs an NLI.

Honestly, Everson is a real shootout artist. If it weren't for his abilities in shootouts, I would really have to question his popularity.
