Over exposure......Gophers/Wild/FSN High School.

is it just me or does he sound like an idiot 75% of the time.
I can't count how many times this year, as the play is happening he opens his mouth and tries to explain what just happened. than the replay confirms that he was 100% wrong.

I just laugh.

Get someone new for the HS games along side of A.L.

Kevin Gorg is so stupid, it takes him 2 hours to watch 60 minutes.

Kevin Gorg is so stupid, he had to ask for the number to 911.

Kevin Gorg is so short, he has to use a ladder to pick up a dime.

Kevin gorg is so fat, the back of his neck looks like a pack of hot dogs.

Ah whatever... I miss the Aaron Ness thread.

He over-hypes and over-estimates the impact of almost everything on the ice. I think he gets so wound up that, at any time, his head might explode.

I'm coming around regarding A.L.

Be careful what you wish for, It's not a great paying job, and I think the broadcasts are just fine. It could be Lou Nanne. Keep up the great work Gorgy.

Good point.......I retract my statement. Keep Louie's hands off of this steering wheel.

Well I think he does fine as an announcer (especially since I've watched him do section 3 finals almost every year during the 90's) I am still not sure I am over his astounding luck in the state final where he somehow beat immortality.

glad I'm not alone on this one. - maybe limit his job to intermission interviews.

A guy with Gorgs IQ should have a lower voice.

I just keep the volume low and kind of block him out.

Its great to have FSN do this with HS hockey so we shouldnt be too critical on them but they try too hard.

Settle down Kevin. We love HS hockey, you dont need to hyperbole it and the players. We'd watch it if you said nothing.

Gorgy IS "Minnesota Hockey." If I hear his or Lapanta's voice, I know local hockey is on.........and that is never a bad thing.
You could do a LOT worse than Kevin Gorg.
Sure, he has some idiosyncracies, but who doesn't? :-k
You're going to miss Kevin Gorg, in just a few months.

Not true... We'll all be too busy watching Kevin Mulvey work his magic in AA baseball to worry about Gorg.

I think the people of this board should start a fund to buy Gorg a rainbow wig , a pair of extra large shoes and a polk-a-dot blouse.

I'll buck the trend...I like Gorg and think he is an advocate of Minnesota Hockey. Yes he gets excited but you could have nasal Wally Shaver or Louie mispronouncing everyone's name. He is great on FSN Hockey Night and makes alot of points many who continually criticize do not understand.

Gorg for President!

I'll also say the one thing Gorg is best at is his understanding of High School hockey and the traditions of the programs. He knows the rivalries and he'll tell it like it is. Does he go overboard? Yeah sometimes, but I'd still take him over some of those clowns on myfoxhockey...

Get with people, that is his TV personality. Its his mo. I would rather listen to Gorgy stumblin & bumblin then Louie spiten all over his self.

Wow, which ones don't you like? Pete Waggoner has an unrivaled passion for youth hockey and is a polished professional as a studio host and announcer. He's too chummy on air with his go-to color commentator Bart Archer for my tastes, but they are so much better than anyone can expect for broadcasting HS sports that I'm puzzled by your comments.

Jim Rich seems fine to me on the Monday show.

Who are you talking about? The whole lot?
