Edina is playing too good right now to not win this one. Inver Grove or SSP could make it interesting though.

i think you guys might be surprised bby eagans efforts. ive seen them play cause i kno a kid on that team and they managed to pull an upset against lakeville. im sure lakeville kids will jump on me and say it was a lucky win, i didnt see the game, and sure maybe it was lucky and it was at the beggining of the season and bla bla bla but it was still a win they managed to score and maintain lakeville. so i put my money on eagan. if not then the next obvious choice edina. s st paul. no way

Eagan tied Rochester just a week or so ago who I don't think has won a game all year so its hard to say what team will show up.

I'm gonna disagree with you on this one. Even though Eagan should easily get past the first round against Des Moines, they will get stopped the next round by the winner of Edina and IGH

i definently wouldnt luck past igh we hav played great in tournaments and have only lost 2 games on the road the entire year so IGH vs EDina winner will take the whole tourney.

This is up in the air. If IGH can come back and play like they have been in tournaments, they are a good favorite. If eagans goalie can play like he did against South St. paul (very good performance) then they have a chance. If South St. Paul can put the puck in the net they will have a chance, getting the draw of Rochester in the first round was a big help also. I haven't seen EP so i dont know about them. There are about four or five teams that could take the tournament if they came to play. It will be fun, i will see you all at the rink.

it makes me sick, just thinking of that horrible game. good job IGH, if you play like that in the playoffs you will give lakeville a good run for their money

Real funny there Rossbury. Give Lakeville a run for their money. There is only one other district 8 team that is legit and it's Hudson, and they don't even play in the District 8 Playoffs.

You know, if you don't care about JGB, no one is forcing you to click on the subject "JGB EDEN PRAIRIE TOURNAMENT." Couldn't you read the "B", or did you just not know what it stood for? Stay out because your petty comments are not appreciated. Everyone is playing in this league (whether A or B) because they love the game of hockey. There are kids playing at the B level that could easily play at the A level...their school may not have an A team. PLEASE STOP THE HOLYER THAN THOUGH ATTITUDE and just be thankful that you and everyone else has an opportunity to play the wonderful game of hockey!
