Game times were 4:00 for Greenway and 6:00 for Hibbing. The Greenway game is tied at 2 with 3:00 left, so the Hibbing game won't start on time as 20 minutes won't be enough time, especially since OT is a possibility.

I'm not at the game, so I can only go by what the radio is telling me. It sounds like he did not have much of a chance on the two goals. He hasn't really been tested too much other than the goals.

Are the penalties legit? I assume the announcers are not going to complain too much but figured I would ask anyway...

wow, from the looks of it the officials were whistle happy... Did they say a total time of 5 on 5 or was it 4 on 4 the whole game?

From the sounds of it, it was only 5 on 5 for the first part of the first period and for a few seconds after each powerplay goal. It was mostly a powerplay one way or the other... I wish they would just let `em play. I've seen way too many games called like this up here on the range this year.

It's not just hte range man... Over in NW Mn its pretty tough too. As I have stated before, just play 2 minutes with a PP and blow the whistle like in a mite game and play 2 minutes on the PK...

If there are any MSHSL board members on here, please make note for next year to open up the game a bit, let the kids play and attempt to keep the flow of the game rather than calling everything....
